30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not delighted with your honey, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or defective jars

If a jar arrives broken or leaking, email Lamassu.honey1111@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 7 days and we’ll send the correct one and cover the return shipping for the original.

Returns of unopened jars

Because honey is a food product, we can only accept returns of unopened jars in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error. Once we receive and inspect the jars, we’ll refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping) within 5–10 business days.

Not eligible for return

  • Opened jars (food safety).
  • Crystallized honey — this is a natural sign of raw honey, not a defect. Warm the sealed jar in a bowl of warm water for 15–20 minutes to re-liquify. See our FAQ.
  • Gift sets that have been opened or partially used.

How to start a return

  1. Email Lamassu.honey1111@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and, if needed, a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
