Our Story

From the cradle of civilization.

Three generations of beekeepers, one ancient land, and a single belief: that honey, like all good things, should be left exactly as the bees made it.

The Land of Two Rivers

Between the Tigris and the Euphrates, where the world's first cities were built, our family has tended hives for over sixty years. The wildflowers that bloom along these banks have not changed since the Sumerians first wrote their names in clay.

Our grandfathers learned the craft from theirs. The bees, of course, taught everyone.

Cold-extracted. Unfiltered. Untouched.

Industrial honey is heated, ultra-filtered, and stripped of the very enzymes that make honey alive. We do none of that. Our combs are spun gently at room temperature, and the honey is poured straight into glass — pollen, propolis, and all.

That's why Lamassu Honey crystallises beautifully over time. It's not a defect — it's a signature. A reminder that what's in your jar was alive, once, in a flower.
