Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are jarred to order and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times

• Domestic: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Regional (Middle East): 5–10 business days.
• International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Times are estimates from our courier partners and can vary during peak seasons or customs delays.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your jars leave the apiary.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Packaging

Honey is bottled in glass jars and protected with recyclable padding to arrive intact. If a jar is damaged in transit, see our Return Policy.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email Lamassu.honey1111@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.

Restricted destinations

We currently cannot ship to countries that restrict the import of honey or bee products. If checkout blocks your address, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
